The Celtic dNTP mix is supplied in a convenient working concentration of 10mM per nucleotide (40mM total) or 25mM per nucleotide (100mM total) and is well suited for various PCR applications as well as DNA sequencing.

The Celtic dNTP mix consist of an equimolar solution of dATP, dTTP, dCTP and dGTP and has a purity of more than 99%. The nucleotides remain stable after multiple freeze-thaw cycles and 95% of the dNTPs remain in the triphosphate format after 5 weeks at room temperature.

Store the kit at -20°C upon arrival. This product is shipped on ice blocks and can be kept at 4°C for 4 weeks without affecting the product performance. Full enzyme activity is retained for 12 months when stored at the recommended conditions and can endure up to 30 freeze/thaw cycles.
